Festival Gates Open at 12pm.

Please bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets to set up.

For the safety of others and yourself, please NO dogs/pets allowed unless they are a service animal, you have their paperwork, and they are wearing their service animal harness.

FOOD
Food Vouchers

  1. Each adult guest in attendance will receive a $15 food voucher to use at either the Butcher & Pantry food tents or the Spicy Spoke. Please note that the voucher has a value of only $15 and may only be used toward food purchases. Some food items may be more than $15 in which case the guest is responsible for paying the difference.

  2. Vouchers are not redeemable at the Lazy Cow Ice Cream Truck.

  3. All food vouchers expire at the end of the festival and are non-refundable.

No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the festival grounds, excluding children’s snacks and food.

PARKING (Free)

  1. Parking will be provided at no cost, but space is limited. Please carpool! Once you arrive at Ascutney Outdoors (449 Ski Tow Rd.), please follow the signage to the “Lower Gravel Lot” and flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.

  2. If you require ADA accommodations, please travel up the Ascutney Outdoor driveway to assigned parking.

  3. No tailgating, overnight camping or RV stays are permitted. Please take all trash and belongings with you to restore the area to its original state. 

SMOKING / VAPING POLICY
Vermont Food & Music Festival as well as Ascutney Outdoors is completely smoke-free and vape-free. If you are caught smoking or vaping inside the venue or on the grounds you will be asked to leave and your ticket will not be refunded.

ALCOHOL POLICY

  1. Butcher & Pantry will be providing craft beer, wine, hard cider, and ready to drink cocktail bar. 

  2. This is the only alcohol permitted on the premise of the event (including the parking area /no tailgating).

  3. To protect our guests, we follow all VT Liquor laws and regulations very closely. Some important things to remember if you are planning to consume alcohol at Vermont Food & Music Festival:

You must be 21 years old, with valid photo ID

– No outside alcohol is allowed on the property

– If you appear intoxicated we reserve the right to deny alcohol service or refuse entry to venue

– Unruly or disrespectful behavior may be grounds for you to be cut off or ejected at our discretion
